I had to replace the sink overflow cap with a brushed nickle cap

I was also extremely worried that the water would shoot far out - luckily it doesn't. it is the perfect amount. I can drink from it like a water fountain *I don't do that, but it is possible. and the handle tilts and angles for temperature... I honestly didn't know how this faucet worked before I bought it... so i posted a youtube video so yall could see it in action.

Eshine led strip panels 3, motion activated. these plug in under the counter. our contractor installed an outlet under the sink vanity so we could plug this in. he was so sweet to also drill holes into the undermounting of the sink to hide the cables. we didn't ask him to do it... he just did it for aesthetic purposes. You flip the light switch to turn on that particular plug and you can just kick underneath the right hand side of the vanity to turn the lights on, off, and dim them.

this door was installed so we can turn on the shower water without getting wet. our contractor hates the plastic water guards, but you have to have them or else the water leaks

So.... when you have an edge like this... the tile from the wall should extend out and the window frame should be recessed in. If you ever have something like this done... make sure your tile guys recess the window ledge tile and use the wall tile to hide these edges. we literally had barcodes for the tile showing on the edges, luckily i had 100% acetone on hand and was able to remove the printing on the tile  edges

the tile guys did not extend the wall tile and recess the niche tile frames... so you have this exposed raw edge... which is obnoxious...  but whatever.

The ONLY reason why I'm posting my dang toilet... is because it was a big deal! haha! I am 5'2, my husband is nearly 6 feet tall. They literally make toilets to accommodate many heights... It really is something that should be carefully considered. Especially if you have small children and small adults!

I also chose this particular model because- I don't care how hard it is to install... we paid a professional to do it... I do however care about how easy it is to clean. it is one piece, there are no weird ledges or crevices.

it is a soft close, so no matter how pissed you are that the toilet seat was left up and you fell into the dang toilet... you CANNOT slam that thing down. I know. I tried.

Previously we had a ceiling fan in here... we replaced it with a Panasonic fv-30vq3 whispering ceiling 290 cfm ceiling mounted fan. it works well and my contractor commended me on my choice of a high powered fan. as you can see the ceiling is vaulted which means we needed a ceiling fan with more power. 

So, the contractor had planned to move this plug up, but the tile guys were there before he could do that... and we got this.... they literally... just cut the tile around the dang hole in the wall for the plug... it is obnoxious... and really should have been redone... but i think my husband and i are ridiculously flexible and really not wanting people to be all over our house again... so i am currently working on cutting a metal cover to fit this plug. 

this was my husbands dream drain.... it was supposed to be parallel with that back wall... but this is what happened... so whatever... my husband is fine with it and i don't really care. HOWEVER, the concrete pour- to force the water to the drain was not done adequately and the top left corner pools a bit. 

Originally we wanted this area to have the same Arizona Tile Africa dark wood tile panels, but due to the slope needed to drain the water we had to settle on the mosaic version...
